Capmation is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Business Analyst to own delivery outcomes on complex engagements. You will translate business objectives into build-ready work, drive story readiness, and validate outcomes through UAT, while strengthening PMO practices.
You will manage the backlog, forecast delivery, and collaborate with Tech Leads on architecture and data impacts, operating in a hybrid delivery model across client environments.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience delivering custom software development projects, including high-risk engagements.
- Strong SDLC and agile delivery knowledge with judgment to adapt.
Responsabilidades
- Own delivery outcomes on complex projects, including timelines and stakeholder alignment.
- Translate business objectives into build-ready work: epics, features, stories, acceptance criteria.
- Own UAT end-to-end: define scenarios, coordinate client participation, validate results.
- Forecast delivery outcomes and identify risks before they become issues.
- Maintain delivery boards (Azure DevOps, Jira) and use metrics to drive decisions.
