Job summary

nVent is seeking a Credit & Collections professional to own complex customer accounts, strengthen cash flow, and mitigate credit risk. You will lead collections, resolve disputes, and ensure compliance with contract terms while partnering with Sales and Finance teams.

Fluency in English is required, and you will mentor colleagues, optimize workflows, and contribute to continuous improvement across the function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business/finance-related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Credit & Collections or related areas.
• Strong English proficiency in written and spoken form.
• Excellent Excel skills including PivotTables and lookup functions.

Responsibilities

• Own complex customer accounts and strengthen cash flow.
• Manage credit risk and improve collections in line with terms.
• Lead large, high‑risk accounts and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Service teams.
• Prepare reports on revenue, unbilled and collections performance.
