Monks is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the creative production workflow for digital assets, video, and email. You will be the primary contact for cross-functional internal teams and clients, ensuring projects stay on track with regular status updates.

The role requires 6+ years in project management, strong communication, and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in a project management role.
• Experience working closely with creatives (designers, copywriters, motion designers) and clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage with Senior Account Leads/Directors on creative, strategy, and execution across multiple client deliverables and projects.
• Build and maintain key relationships with day-to-day clients and ensure feedback and timelines are managed.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from briefing to delivery.
• Develop and help define internal processes across multiple agencies and their teams.
• Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication across marketing programs.
• Track project hours, costs, and risks; ensure deliverables meet client specifications.
