Turner & Townsend, a global construction and cost management leader, is seeking a Senior Cost Manager for Construction Projects. Based in Mexico City, you will lead cost planning, procurement support, and client reporting across multiple sites with a focus on value engineering and cost control.

Requirements include 8–12 years in cost management, a relevant degree, and fluency in English and Spanish. You will mentor a team, interface with clients and contractors, and deliver accurate cost plans,

Formación

8–12 years of professional experience related to Cost Management.
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
RICS, AACE Certifications/Memberships.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Strong communication and client-management skills.

Responsabilidades

Conduct feasibility studies and write procurement reports.
Review construction plans and prepare quantity take-offs and cost plans.
Prepare and review detailed estimates and cost plans.
Lead cost management activities and present the final cost plan.
Liaise with clients, site managers, and contractors; deliver monthly cost reports.
