Beiersdorf AG is seeking a Compensation Specialist to lead U.S. compensation programs, ensure market-aligned pay, and support talent decisions across the organization.

You will partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, and Talent Acquisition to administer annual merit, bonus, and salary reviews, and ensure regulatory reporting and data integrity.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in Total Rewards and strong Excel, HRIS, and analytics skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, economics, statistics, accounting, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Compensation or Total Rewards.
• Experience with U.S. compensation programs and salary administration.
• Experience with compensation surveys (Mercer, Korn Ferry, PayScale) preferred.
• Advanced Excel; experience with HRIS and compensation technology.

• Administer bonuses.
• Manage salary increases.
• Administer salary offers.
• Conduct market benchmarking and pay equity analysis.
• Oversee Mercer, Korn Ferry, and PayScale surveys.
• Administer expatriate compensation.
• Maintain compensation structure.
• Ensure regulatory reporting compliance.
• Lead compensation-related compliance activities with Government reporting.
• Support Personnel Cost Planning.
