Job summary

Continental ContiTech in Mexico seeks a Compensation Manager to shape and govern our compensation landscape across the Americas. You will analyze market studies and help develop a future-ready compensation strategy while ensuring governance and quality assurance.

You will ensure compliance with local laws and collective agreements, manage annual salary increases and bonuses, and provide expert advice to management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of operative HR management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, collective agreements and employment practices is desirable.
• Experience with HR information systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with local law, collective agreements and company policies related to compensation.
• Forecast and manage elements of collective agreements during changes.
• Lead annual compensation processes including salary increases and bonuses.
• Analyze compensation benchmarks to ensure market competitiveness.
• Collaborate with HR partners and management to address compensation issues.
