ContiTech in Mexico is seeking a Compensation Manager to shape our compensation landscape across the Americas. You will drive governance, quality assurance, harmonization, and the streamlining of compensation processes with an analytical mindset.

Your responsibilities include ensuring compliance with collective agreements and local law, calculating and forecasting changes, managing annual compensation cycles, and conducting market benchmarks to ensure competitiveness.

Formación

• Degree in business administration, human resources management, or comparable qualification with minimum 5 years of experience in operative HR management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with collective agreements, local law, and company policies related to compensation.
• Calculate and forecast elements of collective agreement in case of changes.
• Manage the annual compensation processes, including salary increases, bonuses, and other incentive programs.
• Conduct, analyze and interpret compensation benchmarks to ensure market competitiveness.
• Collaborate with HR business partners and management to address compensation-related issues and provide expert advice.
• Advising and facilitating the alignment of salary increase proposals.
• Analyze compensation data and prepare reports for management, providing insights and recommendations.
• Promote the standardization, digitalization and harmonization of compensation processes.
• Stay up-to-date with trends and practices in compensation and challenge our compensation programs.
• Conduct job evaluations.
• Prepare communication and training materials for HR as well as for employees.
