Placements24 is seeking a visionary Global Compensation Director to lead total rewards across its international operations, including the Mexicali, Baja California office. This executive role features a hybrid work model and oversees base pay, variable pay, executive compensation, and benefits programs.

You will design salary structures, ensure pay equity, manage incentive plans, and partner with regional HR leaders to stay competitive and compliant.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in global compensation and total rewards.
• Deep understanding of compensation methodologies, executive compensation, and benefits design.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate into insights.
• Excellent leadership and cross-cultural collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage a global compensation strategy across regions.
• Develop salary structures, job grading, and pay equity analyses.
• Oversee incentive programs including annual bonuses and long-term incentives.
• Lead executive compensation reviews for CEO and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with global compensation regulations and tax laws.
• Collaborate with regional HR leaders to align programs with local markets.
• Manage relationships with external consultants and brokers.
• Provide market insights and recommendations on compensation trends.
• Develop communication strategies to convey total rewards value to employees.
