MStar in Mexico City is seeking a strategic collections leader to improve recovery, reduce delinquency, and build high-performing teams in the automotive finance and fintech sectors. You will develop tailored collection strategies and lead a team to execute them across key customer segments.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, leadership, and negotiation prowess, with on-site work and an emphasis on performance-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in collections, ideally in a call center or financial services.
