Job summary

MStar is seeking a collections leader with experience in automotive finance or fintech to oversee internal teams and coordinate external agencies on-site in Mexico City, Mexico.

You will develop recovery strategies, monitor performance metrics, manage complex cases and negotiations, and ensure ethical practices in line with company policies and applicable regulations. Strong leadership and English skills are essential.
