Pro Trans International is seeking a Collections Analyst in Monterrey to manage assigned customer accounts from both collections and analytical perspectives. The role focuses on identifying root causes of delayed payments, researching discrepancies across data sources, and resolving issues with customers and internal teams to collect payments.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in collections or AR, strong data-analysis skills, and proficiency in Excel.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, billing, account analysis, customer account management, or a related role.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and research skills, including the ability to investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and draw conclusions from multiple data sources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP (or equivalent lookup functions).

Responsabilidades

• Analyze assigned accounts, aging, invoices, disputes, payment history, and supporting documentation to determine the root cause of delayed or missing payment and resolve issues to obtain payment.
• Pull, review, and compare large data sets from customer portals, ERP systems, BI tools, Excel/CSV files to identify missing or incorrect information.
• Research customer disputes, determine actions needed, and engage with internal and external partners to resolve.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Billing, Operations, Account Management, and other teams to correct issues and drive disputes through resolution.
• Identify recurring account issues and process gaps and recommend solutions to improve collections and prevent delays.
