EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior Change Management Analyst to lead enterprise-wide change activities and ensure disciplined, policy-driven execution across teams.

You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to educate users, monitor adherence, and refine processes using ServiceNow and other tools. In this role, you will drive CAB meetings, analyze change metrics, and support training material development while aligning with ITIL/ITSM practices to minimize disruptions and improve service

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years in a Technology Change Management program.
• Experience reviewing Change Requests for CAB authorization.
• Proficient in English (B1+).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Change activities across all levels of the organization.
• Educate stakeholders and end-users on Change Management practices.
• Review Change Requests for policy compliance with established policy.
• Organize and lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings for higher-risk changes.
• Analyze Change-related metrics and compile reports for leadership.
• Oversee Change Management systems and supporting applications.
• Create and maintain documentation outlining relevant procedures and processes.
• Audit Change records for completeness and accuracy using ServiceNow.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts among planned Changes.
• Work with Subject Matter Experts to improve processes and procedures.
• Support cross-departmental initiatives to reduce disruptions.
• Assist in developing training materials and onboarding resources.
• Track industry trends and best practices for improvement.
• Participate in post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned.
• Help establish escalation paths for unexpected issues during change execution.
