Formación

• 2+ years of experience in billing, collections, or accounting roles.
• Familiarity with client portals and electronic invoicing systems.
• Experience using billing and subscription platforms like Chargebee.

Responsabilidades

• Calculate and update monthly and projected billing.
• Actively follow up on outstanding payments.
• Manage inquiries received through the billing email inbox.
