Genpact is seeking an English Collections Representative in Monterrey, Mexico to prepare, review, and process invoices, and to act as liaison between the SSC, field operations, and account management teams to resolve billing discrepancies.

Formación

• Experience with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet month-end deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, review, and process invoices in line with contracts and policy.
• Act as liaison between SSC, field operations, and account management to resolve billing discrepancies.
