Teradata in Mexico City offers a hybrid, flexible work environment. The role supports accurate order booking, customer setup, cloud marketplace transactions, invoicing readiness, and reporting continuity.

You’ll coordinate with Sales Operations, IT, and Finance to resolve issues and drive operational priorities. Ideal candidates have experience in order management or billing, knowledge of Salesforce and Power BI, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Formación

• Minimum 1–2 years in order management, billing or similar operational role.
• Experience with cloud marketplace processes and multi-system reporting is a plus.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales Ops, IT, Finance and vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Add and maintain customer addresses to support order booking and invoicing.
• Create and support orders in cloud marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP) per requirements.
• Learn and execute reporting activities across Power BI, Salesforce, Oracle.
• Support data validation, tracking and follow-up for cloud customers and dashboards.
• Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives with AI tools.
