Responsabilidades
- Listen and respond to customers to understand needs and resolve issues efficiently.
- Accurately record details of customer feedback and actions in the tracking system
- Provide information about company products, services or programs
- Take parking reservations, determine charges and process payments accurately and professionally
- Assist with special projects and respond to feedback received via websites or apps
