Scale AI, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Projects Lead to own and drive revenue-enabled initiatives across Operations. You will lead data-driven programs, design data taxonomies, and build scalable pipeline infrastructure while mentoring distributed teams.

You will report to Scale's leadership and collaborate across Engineering, Product, Ops, and Go-to-Market to accelerate the world's largest AI models. This role requires a strong technical background and entrepreneurial mindset.

Formación

• Degree in Machine Learning Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
• 3+ years leading a team or SWE experience.
• Strong problem-solving in technical environments with creative solutions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build from scratch.

Responsabilidades

• Own high-visibility customer pipelines impacting data quality, revenue and margins.
• Design data taxonomy to improve model performance based on customer needs.
• Build pipeline infrastructure to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Train, coach, and manage global teams.
• Build analytics to drive data-informed decisions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Ops, and GTM on large-scale problems.
• Provide regular progress updates to Scale's executive team.
