Aiworkexpert is seeking a Strategic Projects Lead to be the main POC for our top AI Labs customers. You will lead a team of domain experts to train frontier AI models and oversee the design and execution of workflows that manage large-scale data pipelines.

This role requires an analytical mindset, strong technical expertise, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives that improve data integrity, scalability, and model performance across projects.

Role overview

As a Strategic Projects Lead (SPL), you will be the main POC for our top AI Labs customers, and manage a team of talented domain experts to train frontier AI models, ensuring the highest standards in data integrity, scalability, and quality. You will oversee the design and execution of workflows that structure, optimize, and manage large-scale data pipelines. This role requires an analytical mindset, strong technical expertise, and the ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives that support AI model development and performance.
