Scale is expanding its data infrastructure to power reliable AI systems. The Industrial Partnerships team identifies and signs new partner businesses and coordinates day‑to‑day operations with existing partners.

You will engage prospective partners, track performance, support hardware deployment, and work cross‑functionally with product and strategy teams, with on‑site presence and daily partner site visits.

Formación

• Spanish and English communication proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in business/engineering fields.
• +2 years experience in on-site operations, logistics, business development or analytics.
• Experience in warehouses, factories, logistics centers.
• Analytical, strategic and process-improvement capability.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage prospective partner businesses through to signed agreement.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations with signed partners including onboarding and ongoing support.
• Track partner performance and data collection targets.
• Support hardware deployment and basic troubleshooting on partner premises.
• Communicate regularly with internal teams (product, strategy) and partner contacts.
• Help identify and implement process improvements based on operational feedback.
