Scale AI is seeking a highly motivated operations professional to drive revenue by meeting customer commitments and upholding quality standards. You will manage the supply operation funnel, building tools and processes with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and accelerate outcomes.

The ideal candidate is scrappy, analytical, empathetic, and outcome-focused, capable of running pilots, tests, and experiments to remove bottlenecks and deliver measurable results.

Formación

• Advanced English skills.
• Industry experience (+2) in an operational role and/or a top-tier consulting firm.
• An undergraduate degree with an analytics-heavy major (e.g., Engineering or Economics) and/or a graduate degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business.
• An action-oriented mindset that balances creative problem solving with the scrappiness to deliver results.
• Analytical, planning, and process improvement capability.
• Experience with reading SQL, or have demonstrated analytical skills.
