Clara is seeking an AI Business Operations Expert to design and scale enterprise‑grade AI workflows, reporting to the Global Head of Operations. You will own the automation lifecycle, partner with Product, Sales, Finance, and Engineering, and build dashboards to surface KPIs.

Formación

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• 7+ years in operations, strategy or related field.
• Proven AI automation track record at enterprise scale.
• Experience architecting and scaling AI-powered operations.
• Hands-on with no-code/low-code platforms (N8N, Make, Zapier).

Responsabilidades

• Identify AI automation opportunities across Clara's ops.
• Architect, deploy, and measure AI workflows.
• Collaborate with leadership to reduce friction and speed decisions.
• Build and maintain dashboards with Metabase.
• Manage 'team of AIs' and token budget.
