Clara is rapidly expanding its smart automation capabilities to accelerate sales and onboarding processes across Latin America. You will build agents, workflows, and internal tools that enable faster prospecting, onboarding, and activation, using modern AI and automation stacks.

Join a fast-paced fintech environment with a focus on ownership, measurable impact, and collaboration across Sales, Lifecycle, and Data teams. English communication is essential; Portuguese is a plus.

Formación

• Hands-on experience building automation or AI-powered products.
• Experience with workflow/automation platforms and API integration.
• Familiarity with CRM/lifecycle platforms (HubSpot/Customer.io/Salesforce).
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to read/write scripts and collaborate with engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Build AI-powered prospecting and SDR tooling to drive meetings.
• Own lifecycle automation from onboarding to activation and retention.
• Design scalable SDR-to-AE handoff with scoring and routing logic.
• Prototype quickly, test against real metrics, and scale successful tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize automation value and adoption.
• Measure impact with CAC payback, meetings booked, and pipeline.
