Clara is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join the Integrations team, connecting Clara's financial platform with ERPs, banks, and payment processors across Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia. You will design and build integrations and APIs, and own end-to-end internal tooling and dashboards.

You’ll apply AI to automate workflows and improve delivery speed, while mentoring juniors and collaborating with Product, Design, and Data to translate complex requirements into reliable, scalable solutions.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years backend software development with 1–2 years full-stack work.
• Strong architecture and scalable system design experience.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot; good frontend with React.
• Experience using AI tools to automate workflows and coding tasks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across Product, Design, and Ops.
• Working proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain backend integrations with payment processors, ERPs, and financial infra across LATAM.
• Architect scalable, secure, and observable services handling sensitive data.
• Build and own frontend interfaces for internal tooling and dashboards when needed.
• Use AI tools to automate workflows, accelerate delivery, and close skill gaps.
• Set technical bar via code reviews, architecture input, and mentor junior/mid engineers.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data to translate complex requirements into reliable solutions.
• Identify and tackle technical debt that adds operational risk.
