Clara, the leading B2B fintech for spend management in Latin America, is seeking an AI Business Operations Expert to architect an enterprise-grade AI-driven operating model. You will oversee the automation lifecycle, partner with senior leaders, and drive operational excellence through AI.

This role demands strategic thinking, hands-on automation, and a passion for scalable AI solutions across Product, Sales, Finance, and Engineering.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• 7+ years in operations/strategy or related field, ideally fintech/fintech SaaS in LatAm.
• Proven AI automation track record—built and shipped enterprise-grade automated systems.
• Hands-on experience building automated workflows with no-code/low-code platforms (N8N/Make/Zapier).
• Familiar with enterprise systems (CRM, data warehouses, BI).
• Experience using LLM APIs to build operational tools and agents.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to create visibility models in Metabase.
• Structured, strategic thinker with bias for action; communicates with stakeholders clearly.
• Demonstrated execution in fast-paced environments; ownership mindset.
• Passion for leveraging AI to automate workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Map and prioritize high-friction workflows for AI augmentation.
• Design and deploy AI-powered workflows to replace manual processes.
• Collaborate with leaders to implement automation at scale.
• Create and maintain operational dashboards in Metabase.
• Support product launches with automated readiness processes.
• Evaluate new AI technologies and establish best practices.
• Define data instrumentation and Databricks pipelines for decisions.
• Document architectures and processes for maintainability.
• Lead a team of AI agents to maximize output.
