As an entry-level engineer, you will ship real features in your initial weeks, work across Product, Design, and engineering, and leverage AI to improve coding, debugging, and automation.

Formación

• You're at the start of your software career.
• A technical foundation: CS, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or similar.
• You've built things, and you can point at them.
• You're AI-native and you can prove it.
• Strong fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, systems thinking.
• English is our corporate language and you’ll read, write, and discuss technical work in it daily.
• Ownership: surface problems early and push things to finish line.

Responsabilidades

• Ship production code in your first weeks — real features, real customers, real money moving.
• Own features end to end: design, build, test, deploy, watch the metrics, fix what you broke.
• Use AI across your workflow — coding, debugging, testing, research, automating the boring parts.
• Work directly with Product, Design, and senior engineers. Ask the dumb question early; it's cheaper than the wrong build.
• Learn the domain deeply. B2B fintech in LatAm is genuinely hard — multiple countries, multiple regulators.
