• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 8+ years in digital advertising, media sales, or business development with agency focus.
• Proven track record with senior agencies and advertisers.
• Experience leading local and regional growth strategies.
• Strong understanding of programmatic, search, and ecommerce.
• Ability to influence senior leadership cross-functionally.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end relationships with assigned agencies and drive growth strategies.
• Develop and negotiate partner agreements with commercial structures.
• Build senior stakeholder relationships and shift talks to business solutions.
• Drive revenue diversification through large-scale agency collaborations.
• Lead education and enablement for agency functions, including trainings.
