Confidential Job Opportunity in Mexico is seeking an Accounting Manager to own the daily financial operations and the accounting cycle, building scalable, automated processes and ensuring accurate data for decision-making.

You will drive the accounting cycle under Mexican GAAP, optimize transactional flows for billing, collections and vendor payments, and translate numbers into actionable insights for budgeting and strategic planning.

Formación

• 6+ years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or financial operations.
• Experience in a Big 4 or top-tier CPA firm is highly valued.
• Experience with mid-to-large scale ERPs.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Establish a reliable monthly tempo under Mexican GAAP ensuring spotless ledger and clear leadership insight.
• Optimize billing, collections, and vendor payments to reduce friction in day-to-day cash flow.
• Translate numbers into budgeting insights and highlight variances before they impact planning.
