Formación

• 7-10 years of experience as a Finance Manager in manufacturing.

This position leads the daily accounting functions and supports accounting in providing timely and accurate financial information related to the company's operations. Additionally, this position supports corporate and local management by providing meaningful analysis of results and supplying ad hoc financial data as requested.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and develop the finance and accounting team.
• Provide support to management by delivering meaningful analysis of results and supplying ad hoc financial data as requested.
• Ownership and interpretation of the financial results of operations.
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, including review/preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations, and internal reporting.
• Perform analytical reviews of operational results, variances, and other accounting information to evaluate and ensure the accuracy of reported financial information. Communicate the results of such reviews to appropriate associates.
• Support budget, forecasting, and treasury management activities in relation to operations.
• In coordination with accounting, support annual audit and tax preparation processes.
• Serve as the point of contact for the department and cross-functional questions related to financial activities.
• Lead and manage assigned personnel through training, coaching, and mentoring.
• Lead projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Advanced English (Spoken and Written)
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Essential knowledge of SAP and other ERP systems.
• 7 to 10 years of experience as a Finance Manager in manufacturing or similar role.
• Experience leading or supporting accounting activities.
• Deep emotional intelligence: demonstrated behavioral maturity, confidence and integrity, high ethical standards, interpersonal competence, and ability to prevent, reduce, and resolve conflicts.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; stand-up presentation and training skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
