Thales Group is seeking an Account Manager in Polanco, CDMX (Hybrid) to promote our innovative banking IT solutions and grow business opportunities in Mexico and Central America. You will manage accounts, formulate strategies, and close deals, while coordinating with internal teams.

The role requires 5+ years in sales or commercial roles in banking or IT products, a engineering degree (MBA desirable), and fluent English.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• MBA or business-related postgraduate degree is desirable.
• 5+ years of experience in sales or commercial roles in banking or IT products and solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Promote Thales Product Portfolio to banking customers in Mexico and Central America.
• Manage account strategy, relationships, opportunities, and deals.
• Develop a 6-month rolling forecast to ensure delivery.
• Handle pricing, contract signing, and collections.
