Backbase Latam is expanding its Mexico City team to lead complex digital banking implementations for regional clients. You will own technical strategy across multiple accounts, drive product adoption and coordinate with delivery and support teams.

The role requires a seasoned technical manager with a background in enterprise software, cloud deployments, and a track record of delivering digital transformation for financial institutions.

Formación

• 10+ years overall experience in software and 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Extensive experience with enterprise software and digital transformation initiatives in financial services.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the technical strategy for client portfolios.
• Address product-related queries with stakeholders across Backbase.
• Travel to clients to build relationships with lead architects and CIOs.
• Advocate for the client and bring voice of the customer into Backbase.
• Identify opportunities for better product adoption and alignment with the roadmap.
• Collaborate with R&D to gather feedback and identify new features.
• Analyze client needs and suggest upgrades or additional features.
• Coordinate with Technical Support, Product Engineering, and Project Implementation teams.
