Hitachi Energy Mexico, S.A. de C.V. seeks a Senior Key Account Manager to drive growth in Infrastructure and Oil & Gas markets. Build trusted relationships with strategic customers, understand challenges, and propose innovative technology and industrial solutions.

You will lead complex opportunity cycles, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present tailored solutions to win contracts. Travel may be required to manage long, strategic accounts and assure customer success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in key account management or strategic sales.
• Experience selling complex technology, industrial, or engineering solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with strategic customer accounts.
• Develop and execute account plans to drive growth.
• Lead full sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract closure.
• Collaborate with technical, product, marketing, and support teams.
• Present tailored solutions addressing customer needs and challenges.
• Monitor account performance and manage sales pipeline.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and close deals.
