Hitachi Energy Mexico, S.A. de C.V. is seeking an Account Manager to build trusted partnerships with customers and drive long-term business success.

You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, understand customer needs, and position Hitachi Energy solutions to create real value. The role offers exposure to global teams, diverse customers, and ongoing professional development in a collaborative environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in account management or sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to explain technical solutions in business terms.
• Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships as main customer contact.
• Understand customer needs and translate into value-based solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals aligned with objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Track market trends, competition, and customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate sales data and forecasts in CRM systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, procedures and guidelines.
