Under Armour, Inc. in Monterrey, Mexico, seeks a Store Supervisor, full-time, to lead daily store operations and coach teammates, backing up the Assistant Store Manager and upholding merchandising standards.

You’ll analyze sales trends, manage loss prevention, and drive a high-performance team while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Formación

• At least 18 years old.
• 1 year experience in a retail environment.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work full time hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze daily sales trends to make real-time strategic business decisions.
• Analyze merchandise reports and direct merchandising moves to maximize presentation.
• Understand loss prevention standards and monitor store audit compliance and results.
• Lead and/or rotate ownership of key areas such as Talent, Visuals, Operations.
• Provide customers with detailed information about a wide selection of products.
• Communicate with teammates about accidents/injuries to store leadership immediately.
• Communicate clear priorities, sales and KPI targets to sales teammates to achieve target.
• Support store and regional leadership teams and local HR during onboarding and continuous training.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
