Formación

• 1 year retail experience or more preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.
• Fluency in local language; basic English a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze daily sales trends to inform real-time decisions.
• Assist with merchandising and store presentation.
• Support loss prevention and audit compliance.
• Lead/rotate ownership of key areas (Talent, Visuals, Operations).
• Provide product knowledge and assist customers.
