Lululemon Athletica in Cabo San Lucas seeks an Educator to deliver world‑class guest experiences, share top‑quality product education, and speak authentically about our community and culture.

You will engage with guests on the floor, guide them through purchases, and assist with omnichannel programs while maintaining the luxury retail environment. This role emphasizes teamwork, inclusion, and enthusiastic service.

Formación

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have proof of the Right to Work and evidence relating to local requirements (EMEA only)
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation

Responsabilidades

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience in a timely manner
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions
• Provide technical product education by articulating value and benefits
• Support omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store)
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs
• Receive guest feedback and work with store leadership to resolve issues
