Job summary

Koch Engineered Solutions in Monterrey, Mexico seeks a Maintenance Manager to establish and manage maintenance and facility operations at our new start-up facility. You will ensure facilities run smoothly and support site productivity.

Lead maintenance programs, oversee installation and maintenance of plant equipment, collaborate with engineering, operations, and management, and drive continuous improvement while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance and facilities management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Valid VISA and Passport.
• Availability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance programs to ensure optimal operation of equipment and facilities.
• Oversee installation, inspection, and maintenance of plant equipment, tooling and systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and management to support facility objectives.
• Lead performance reviews and provide training to enhance team capabilities.
• Lead root cause analysis and troubleshooting to resolve equipment issues promptly and effectively.
• Manage spendings for maintenance operations with cost-effective solutions.
• Lead a team of maintenance technicians and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and increase reliability.
• Stay informed about latest maintenance technologies and best practices.
