Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a mechanical, industrial, electrical engineering or related technical field.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and managing budgets is preferred.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance engineers and support staff.
• Coordinate repairs of mechanical, electrical, and structural systems to minimize downtime.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability.
• Manage the maintenance budget including labor, parts, and contractor costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Analyze equipment performance and failure trends to recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with other departments to plan maintenance activities with minimal workflow impact.
