The Chemours Company in Monterrey, MX, is seeking a Maintenance and Reliability Engineer to provide consulting across sites. You will lead improvement audits, develop strategies and control plans to close gaps, and obtain funding for programs.

You will interact with engineers, site personnel, suppliers and contractors to deliver business improvements. Responsibilities include identifying issues, supporting cost projects, advancing predictive programs, and ensuring safe, compliant maintenance

Formación

• Minimum BS degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Demonstrated work experience in plant, instrument systems, maintenance and operation.
• Rotating equipment experience and preventive maintenance knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills and safety mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to improve facility effectiveness.
• Provide engineering support for cost and capital projects.
• Support control distribution system and rotating equipment performance.
• Develop preventive and predictive programs.
• Lead project teams and conduct field assessments and audits.
• Provide technical guidance for PSM, PHAs, and PSSRs.
• Assist maintenance and operations with troubleshooting and upgrades.
