Quaker Houghton in Monterrey is seeking an Engineering & Maintenance Manager to lead safe and efficient operations at our chemical blending site. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team of nine, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of relevant experience, a degree in engineering, and possesses strong leadership skills. This position offers a competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.

Formación

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role leading a team in manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading capital projects and equipment installation.
• Strong leadership and service orientation.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee the Engineering & Maintenance function for the site.
• Manage and develop a team of 9 colleagues.
• Drive a preventive maintenance culture to ensure equipment reliability.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and optimize departmental costs and KPI’s.
