Job summary

Koch Engineered Solutions in Monterrey, MX seeks a Maintenance Manager to establish and lead our new start-up facility's maintenance and facilities operations. You will develop programs, manage equipment reliability, and partner with engineering and operations.

The role requires strong leadership, bilingual English/Spanish, experience in manufacturing, and proficiency with maintenance management software. Travel availability and valid visa/passport are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance programs using the global EAM system.
• Oversee installation, inspection, and maintenance of plant equipment and systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to support objectives.
• Lead performance reviews and training to enhance capabilities.
• Drive root cause analysis and prompt resolution of issues.
• Manage maintenance spend and cost-effective solutions.
• Lead a maintenance team with focus on safety and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce downtime and increase reliability.
• Stay updated on maintenance technologies and best practices.
• Build relationships with equipment and service vendors.
