Position: Maintenance Manager
Profile
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in maintenance management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within multi-plant environments, preferably in world-class companies.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electromechanical, Industrial, or related fields. A master’s degree or additional training in management or related areas is preferred.
- English is required.
Responsibilities
- KPIs achievement OEE, BM, Chokotei, MMC, Zero Accidents, Zero Quality issues, MTTR/MTBF, overtime reduction, Skill target, Zero Production disturbance, Energy consumption target.
- Get compliance of Safety Standard, Procedures and rules, create a Safety environment free risk.
- Effective budget Planning based on CBM & Predictive Maintenance for: Machine Maintenance Cost, Investment (Overhauls), Direct Expenses, Headcount & New Products and Equipment.
- Effective Facilities program for Production supplies, Zero disturbance and Energy consumption reduction and strong control.
- Make weekly and monthly macro analysis of issues, find real root cause and define effective countermeasure, to create strategies to improve KPIs. Implement structured methodologies and systemic problem-solving.
- Provide daily Coaching to middle Management to increase Maintenance Capability and Competitiveness.
- Promote company Values, Lead as Example to Get things Done.
- Clarify Vision & Propose of Maintenance area. Clarify R&R of Maintenance staff.
- Empower the Team and keep motivation. Give recognition and Growth opportunities for Talented people.
- Provide strategic and operational leadership to the Maintenance organization, ensuring equipment availability, reliability, and performance aligned with Manufacturing, Safety and quality objectives.
- Develop and execute middle and long-term maintenance strategies, including preventive, predictive, and autonomous maintenance plan.
- Proper Planning for investment projects: machinery Overhaul, refurbish, upgrades, automation, tooling, and facility infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, Safety, Quality, Financial audits, Govern and corporate standards: ISO45001, ISO14001, IATF.
