Mondelēz International is seeking an experienced Plant Operations Leader to manage production, ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets, and drive continuous improvement across the plant in Mexico near Salinas Victoria. The role requires strong leadership, Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM expertise.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, uphold GMP and food safety standards, and mentor a high-performing workforce to deliver best-in-class results.

Formación

• Engineering background with a focus on manufacturing/CPG.
• Experience driving Lean and Six Sigma across plants.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead production operations to meet SQCDSM targets in safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
• Coach and develop line leaders, cascade plans and KPIs across the plant.
• Establish governance to review performance and drive continuous improvement.
