You will implement Lean/6 Sigma across the line teams and collaborate with multiple functions to hit targets and sustain performance.

• Experience leading manufacturing operations in a CPG environment with TPM, 5S and Lean/Six Sigma.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for coaching cross-functional teams.
• Engineer with financial acumen and project management skills in industrial maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead production operations in the plant and deliver safety, quality, productivity, cost and sustainability targets.
• Establish governance to review performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Coach line leaders and cascade plans to ensure alignment on KPIs and priorities.
• Ensure compliance with quality, GMP, safety, environmental and local requirements.
• Attract, retain and develop talent; collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Foster a zero-loss mindset and drive improvements in technology and operating systems.
