LawnStarter is expanding its engineering capabilities with AI-native staff-level roles. You’ll anchor initiatives, shape problems, and direct AI agents to implement production-ready code while shipping end-to-end and owning the outcomes.

You’ll work in a small, high-autonomy team, collaborating with PMs and designers, with strong guardrails, tests, and staged rollouts to ensure metrics move in a real marketplace.

Formación

• AI coding agents experience and ownership mindset.
• Ability to shape problems and drive architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with PMs and designers to deliver production-ready code.

Responsabilidades

• Shape the problem and decide the technical approach for initiatives.
• Direct AI agents to implement code and ship to production.
