LawnStarter is seeking a Principal Quality Engineer to own and advance quality across our growing engineering org. You will define standards, tooling, and quality contracts, collaborating with the QA squad and EMs to drive improvements that scale as the company grows.

You’ll lead AI-native tooling, improve CI/CD gates and dashboards, and mentor QA engineers while maintaining hands-on engagement with testing disciplines across the stack.
