Formación

• SQL expertise for experiment design and analytics.
• Proficiency in Python for automation and stat-sig math.
• Experience with dbt and Lightdash for self-serve dashboards.
• Ability to design rigorous experiments with power calculations.
• Familiarity with AI tooling for analytics workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Design experiments and power calculations; ensure significance and readouts meet standards.
• Own self-serve experimentation layer and automate metrics in Lightdash; extend AI tooling.
• Develop instrumented Growth funnel model across channels and brands.
• Build analytics playbooks and influence testing decisions with CRO and Growth PMs.
