Apptegy is building the data platform that powers decision-making for a high-growth SaaS business in Monterrey. As our Staff Data Engineer, you will design, build, and evolve the systems that move, transform, and serve data across the company — with Snowflake at the core of the platform.

This is a high-impact, high-autonomy individual contributor role reporting directly to the VP of Data & Analytics. You will operate as the most senior hands-on engineer, shipping foundational pipelines, setting

Formación

• 8+ years in data or analytics engineering or platform roles, at Staff/Principal level.
• Proven production data infrastructure experience at scale with Snowflake.
• Experience with modern data tooling and BI platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and own high-impact data pipelines and platform primitives.
• Lead medallion architecture and semantic modeling in Snowflake.
• Ship data models and BI-ready data for analytics and AI use cases.
• Guide engineering practices, reviews, and cost optimization.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with data science and product teams.
