AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to architect and scale a modern data platform. You will design production-grade ETL/ELT pipelines, optimize Snowflake schemas, and implement robust DataOps practices. Expect to orchestrate with Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster, and ensure data reliability through automated testing and quality controls.

The role emphasizes clean Python code, CI/CD, and collaboration across teams to deliver scalable analytics for Fortune 500 brands and startups.

Formación

• 4+ years of data engineering experience with scalable pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python, modular and tested codebases.
• Deep SQL, data modeling, and Snowflake design patterns.
• Hands-on with ETL/ELT and data orchestration tools.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and streaming/batch sources.
• CI/CD, Git and Docker fundamentals for data repos.
• Knowledge of data quality, lineage, and testing tools.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain reliable ETL/ELT workflows.
• Create production-ready Snowflake schemas for analytics.
• Ingest data from REST APIs, events, and batch sources.
• Maintain and expand Airflow/Prefect/Dagster pipelines.
• Implement data quality checks and lineage tracking.
• Apply DataOps with CI/CD and IaC basics.
• Write clean, well-tested Python and document code.
