Job summary

Visa Solutions USA is hiring an experienced Accounting Assistant to support US operations. You will work with the Accounting team and outside CPA to prepare financial statements and year-end tax returns, while handling AR, AP, payroll reports, and bank reconciliations.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in accounting, 3+ years of accounting experience, strong QuickBooks Online skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience supporting US business
• Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred
• Strong QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Accurate data entry and data integrity

Responsibilities

• AR billing and cash application process
• Relocation department support with weekly reports and invoicing
• Process AP invoices and PO matching in ERP
• Vendor payments and file management in QuickBooks
• Prepare monthly payroll reports and GL adjustments
• Prepare information for tax returns and 1099s
• Assist with customer care and order entry
