Amazon is seeking a Shift Manager for the Sub Same Day (SSD) program at a delivery station. You will lead front-line operations, manage the full shift cycle, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery targets.

You will serve as the primary escalation point for disruptions, ensuring safety and quality while maintaining tight delivery commitments and effective handoffs between induction and dispatch.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/nights/holidays.
• Can push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds.
• Fluent in English (read, write, speak).

Responsabilidades

• Lead full shift cycle from induction through final dispatch.
• Balance hands-on floor leadership with execution planning and shift handoffs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams within the station, SSD program, and Delivery Service Partners.
• Act as primary escalation point for operational disruptions.
• Ensure outbound and inbound targets are met while upholding safety and quality standards.
